Please note there are potential delays in shipping due to weather and COVID-19 that are out of our control. Our mission is always to get your order to you as fast as we can. Unfortunately, we have yet to figure out how to use our superpowers to stop these unforeseen delays. Orders can only ship domestically within the United States. There is no international shipping at this time. 

When it gets done

PROCESSING

All orders are packaged up within 2 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that orders placed after 7pm will be accounted for the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

SHIPPING

Orders typically take an additional 3-4 days to arrive to your mailing address after they have been shipped. 

Please note, effective from USPS as of April 17, 2020: U.S. Postal Service packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) impacts to the United States.

With new service standards being implemented on October 1, 2021 USPS offers these tips for consumers:

  1. Plan ahead– For mail or correspondence that requires a deadline, the Postal Service encourages consumers to plan ahead and send their mail early. You likely wouldn’t wait to mail your mom a Mother’s Day card the day before or on Mother’s Day, so mail your letters and greeting cards with the Postal Service early so the Postal Service can ensure it reaches its final destination on-time.
  2. When sending mail long distance, mail early– If it would take you more than a day to drive your mail to its destination, make sure to give your long-distance mail some extra time to travel with the Postal Service.

All orders ship out Salisbury NH. During busy business periods, packages may ship from a surrounding town in this area. Shipments go anywhere domestically within the USA. There is no international shipping.
